We have the knowledge and experience to undertake regulatory and other investigations, whether any or all of:  sensitive, confidential, regulatory, internal, privileged, time-sensitive, or strategic.  Maintaining work and consulting relationships with skilled professionals of diverse backgrounds and qualifications, and in multiple jurisdictions, we can rapidly source the necessary talent, and have capacity to spare in surge potential.

One recent project deliverable was the comprehensive assessment of the legal, fiscal, technical, and policy aspects and implications of a healthcare-related program that is geographically dispersed across the province of Ontario, Canada, but concentrated in and around the Champlain Local Health Integration Network (LHIN). Ontario has been divided into a total of 14 such LHINs.

We recruited, formed, and led a multidisciplinary team of 25 (some worked remotely); visited 12 different locations; met and spoke with 30-40 managers; reviewed literature and law and crunched statistics; and delivered and digested surveys and questionnaires from managers, and several dozen front line staffers, associated medical personnel, and current clientele. Participant respondents were successfully solicited in the 6 LHINs of greatest program concentration.

The team conducted a Gap Analysis and SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), and recommended synthesis upgrades and alternatives. Best Practices from a variety of multidisciplinary perspectives were also devised, systematized, and otherwise factored-in and presented to the project authority for considered mainstreaming – whether exclusively within Ontario, or nationwide.

The client Steering Committee was very satisfied with the 230+ page Final Report. Team members included Ph.Ds, MBAs, Masters Degree holders, Economists and Statisticians, Lawyers and Paralegals, law students, an M.D. and Registered Nurses with varied specializations, Sociologists and computer scientists, web and graphic designers, and a diversity of Undergraduate students in political science, international development, and human rights.
